These fish are sized 350 - 450g.  We're preparing these fish and dispatching them with the black side off and trimmed sides without the head.
Most of us have seen this green skinned fish with its bright orange spots. Whole plaice will arrive gutted or filleted, cleaned and ready to cook.
Plaice is a great source of vitamin B12, which helps maintain healthy skin and hair.
