Our Plaice is sourced by our very own boats, fishing out of Rye harbour. We have a large establishment based in the harbour and we're commited to purchasing all of the fishermans catch. 
This plaice fillet has came off an approximatly 450g fish. From this, the plaice fillet will be between 140 - 170g.
